Tologorri Room-Apartment

The Tologorri apartment-room is the largest and most unique accommodation in the house: a bright and welcoming 44 m² duplex space, spread over two levels and designed for couples or families. It features three balconies with stunning views of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Encina, the Sanctuary of La Blanca, and the imposing Sierra Salvada mountain range.

On the main floor you’ll find a double bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and a full bathroom. Upstairs offers a more relaxed area with a large balcony leading to another room with a sofa bed, perfect for children or those seeking a more intimate and peaceful setting.

The apartment takes its name from Tologorri, also known as Iturrigorri (1066 m), one of the most emblematic mountains of the Sierra Salvada. This massif marks the watershed between the Cantabrian and Mediterranean slopes, creating a rugged and spectacular landscape that heralds the beginning of the plateau between Bizkaia and Álava. Although its walls appear inaccessible from afar, upon closer inspection, numerous trails ascend towards the plateau through ancient passes steeped in history, such as Goldetxo or La Barrerilla with its Senda Negra (Black Trail), along with other more modest paths that make use of the natural cuts in the rock.
